Commercial Roof Inspection

Using an infrared camera reveals wet roof insulation that is not visible by the naked eye. Trapped moisture within a roof systems insulation is easily visualized with thermal imaging.

Costly to install, we provide scans of new roofs as part of a building commissioning. This forms a baseline of the roof’s present condition; the images can be used for comparison if future problems with the roof appear.
